The link:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures that staff are not repeating unnecessary training which saves resources but also ensures that compliance\/patient safety is maintained<\/li>\n<li>Maintains and updates Totara Certifications upon completion of ESR Competency Achievements<\/li>\n<li>Updates Totara profile fields with ESR data and promotes to permanent user accounts once hired<\/li>\n<li>Enables inbound and outbound <em>one-to-one<\/em> and <em>one-to-many<\/em>relationship mappings between ESR Competences and Totara Certifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Join us for a webinar in which we\u2019ll go behind the scenes with Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and York &amp; Scarborough Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust to understand how the interface has been developed. She has delivered training, developed training programmes for large groups of staff and managed organisation wide programmes of learning. She has also successfully managed the implementation of an organisation-wide learning management system (Totara Learn) which has transformed how and where staff undertake learning as well as providing transparent compliancy monitoring.
