The Challenge<\/h2>\n
Before implementing Masar LXP, EDGE relied on legacy application as their learning system, which posed several challenges:<\/div>\n

  • Need for Multi-Purpose Portals<\/strong> \u2013 Beyond learning, EDGE required a platform that could support multiple use cases, including internal career mobility, community engagement, and innovation initiatives.<\/li>\n

    • Internal Career Mobility Portal<\/strong> \u2013 A dedicated space for employees to explore career growth opportunities.<\/li>\n
    • Advanced Customization<\/strong> \u2013 Extensive UI\/UX enhancements were applied to Totara, creating a modern and engaging experience tailored to EDGE\u2019s corporate branding.<\/li>\n
    • Enriched Content<\/strong>: We integrated Coursera marketplace to enrich library content and provide learning options.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n\n
