The platform soon became too small when they began to need more advanced audiences functionalities to manage training activities, which their existing platform didn&#8217;t allow.On the other hand, Grupo Planeta has an internal matrix structure that they needed to be able to integrate into the platform so that the managers of the different areas could closely monitor their team members&#8217; training.<\/p>\n<div data-embed-button=\"media_entity_image\" data-entity-embed-display=\"view_mode:media.full_width\" data-entity-type=\"media\" data-entity-uuid=\"cd5acdc6-4797-4e4c-8f52-bb582e7dd0c4\" data-langcode=\"en\"><\/div>\n<div data-embed-button=\"media_entity_image\" data-entity-embed-display=\"view_mode:media.full_width\" data-entity-type=\"media\" data-entity-uuid=\"cd5acdc6-4797-4e4c-8f52-bb582e7dd0c4\" data-langcode=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-12232 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grupo_planeta_LMS_Totara-1024x957.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"957\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grupo_planeta_LMS_Totara-1024x957.png 1024w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grupo_planeta_LMS_Totara-300x280.png 300w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grupo_planeta_LMS_Totara-768x718.png 768w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grupo_planeta_LMS_Totara-1536x1436.png 1536w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Grupo_planeta_LMS_Totara-2048x1914.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/div>\n<h3>The Solutio<\/h3>\n<p>In order to reach the new level in corporate training that the group demanded, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.totaralearning.com\/en\/products\/totara-learn\" data-entity-substitution=\"canonical\" data-entity-type=\"node\" data-entity-uuid=\"cc27e042-e65c-4557-8379-2643e3bdcc0f\">Totara<\/a>\u00a0has provided a solution in multiple areas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A multi-brand platform with five environments, allowing Grupo Planeta\u00a0to customise the environment according to each of the editorial group&#8217;s sales channels.<\/li>\n<li>Thanks to the functionality of hierarchies, Totara has allowed them to integrate their organisational structure on the platform, being able to segment training based on specific positions and different sales channels.<\/li>\n<li>Managers can consult the training of their team members, communicate with them directly from the LMS platform and receive notifications with their performance in the different courses.<\/li>\n<li>Communicate sales data from staff members to assign specific training activities based on their results, reinforcing training to specific audiences to improve their performance and conversions.<\/li>\n<li>The seminar management\u00a0module allows them to manage and administer face-to-face training, which is the most important basis for their blended learning. On the other hand, the L&amp;D team is extensively using Articulate Storyline as an authoring tool to create more visual content with much more interactivity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>The Results<\/h3>\n<p>Since April 2019, <strong>1,700<\/strong> students have accessed the platform, <strong>9,470 enrollments<\/strong> have been completed and more than <strong>35,000 hours of training<\/strong> have been completed.On their previous platform, the maximum percentage of completion of a course was 62%, whereas with Totara Learn they have obtained an <strong>average of 82%,<\/strong> having in many cases achieved figures of <strong>94% of completio<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div data-embed-button=\"media_entity_image\" data-entity-embed-display=\"view_mode:media.full_width\" data-entity-type=\"media\" data-entity-uuid=\"ec8da851-f942-4450-baf8-b719d198233f\" data-langcode=\"en\"><\/div>\n<div data-embed-button=\"media_entity_image\" data-entity-embed-display=\"view_mode:media.full_width\" data-entity-type=\"media\" data-entity-uuid=\"ec8da851-f942-4450-baf8-b719d198233f\" data-langcode=\"en\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-19308 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/programa_grupo_planeta-1024x966.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"966\" srcset=\"https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/programa_grupo_planeta-1024x966.png 1024w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/programa_grupo_planeta-300x283.png 300w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/programa_grupo_planeta-768x725.png 768w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/programa_grupo_planeta-1536x1449.png 1536w, https:\/\/staging.totara.fortyapp.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/programa_grupo_planeta-2048x1932.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;It has helped that students now have personalised training itineraries and new content formats that are much more interactive, creative and audiovisual.The training team believes that the success of their blended training plan is due to the flexibility of Totara Learn. Since its launch, the requirements have changed and the platform has always been able to adapt.The support and training service offered by Actua Solutions has\u00a0been crucial so that Grupo Planeta&#8217;s internal team is constantly testing new features and methodologies and achieving greater results.Grupo Planeta&#8217;s\u00a0objective for this year is to add more content and gamification strategies, and to provide more training in microlearning and mobile learning.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWith Totara Learn, a new world opens up for us, and we currently only use 30% of the platform.
