According to a study by Mental Health First Aid England and Henley Business School, there has been a\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.personneltoday.com\/hr\/psychological-safety-study\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">steady decline in how many employees feel they can\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201cbring their whole self to work\u201d<\/span><\/i><\/a><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">falling from\u00a0<\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">66% in 2020 to 41% by the end of 2024<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.
