It allows public sector purchasing teams to access 4,200 suppliers and aims to help the UK government make their procurement more transparent.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Any public sector organisation, including central government, local councils, NHS Trusts and any other public sector bodies, can obtain services via G-Cloud\u2019s procurement framework without going out to tender, helping them save both time and resources by giving them a one-stop shop for recommended vendors.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Since its inception the G-Cloud framework has facilitated \u00a34.79bn of sales, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crowncommercial.gov.uk\/news\/g-cloud-11-goes-live-with-4200-suppliers\">according to CCS,<\/a> with 45 percent of this going to SMB suppliers.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Buyers can use the platform to highlight a shortlist of preferred suppliers, after which the suppliers will be asked questions or to provide a demo to help the buying organisation make their final choice.
