Lars Hyland, Chief Learning Officer at Totara, will be taking to the stage in his seminar ‘Why an integrated ecosystem drives learning, performance and engagement in the workplace’, taking place on day 1 at 10.15am and day 2 at 1.15pm in Theater 1. In this session, Lars will cover topics such as workplace motivation, why it’s critical to invest in flexible technology and the changing roles and responsibilities of HR and L&D teams.This year, Meredith Henson will be hosting a live demo of Totara on February 13th at 11.30 in Demo Zone 1. In this 15-minute session, she will demonstrate how Totara Learn can be used to support organizations’ development and compliance.Emma Matthews from Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust, a customer of Chambury Learning Solutions, will also be speaking at the conference.
