One way to benchmark engagement levels in your organization is with an employee engagement survey. This allows you to see how engaged people are right now, and how this compares with previous years. But given <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.leadershipiq.com\/blogs\/leadershipiq\/only-22-of-companies-are-getting-good-results-from-their-employee-engagement-survey\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">just 22% of organizations get good results<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from their employee engagement surveys, how can you avoid the common pitfalls?<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The main thing to remember when you\u2019re building an employee engagement survey is to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/peoplepulse.com\/resources\/useful-articles\/employee-engagement-surveys\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">keep it relatively short<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to avoid people getting bored and abandoning the survey.
