As you will be aware, the global coronavirus (COVID-19) situation is proving challenging for businesses and individuals. Governments worldwide are implementing a range of measures to minimize the impact of the virus, sustain economies and keep people safe, and we wanted to let you know what we at Totara are doing in response to this difficult time.
We already have limited physical contact with our customers and partners, and we will be switching to virtual-only communications until further notice.
As a company, we have always been set up to support effective virtual team working, and this will continue. We are a strong global team, and effective immediately, all Totara employees will be working from home. We are well equipped to do this, and there should be no disruption to our business-as-usual activities.
However, we recognize that the situation may be different for our customers and partners. If you will also be working from home, we have put together a blog post outlining how you can stay productive when working (and learning) remotely, which also contains details of partner resources to help you protect yourself and your team from coronavirus.
We would also encourage you to communicate and seek support via our forums in the Totara Community, where you can speak to fellow learning professionals and members of the Totara team and stay connected with your industry peers in our sector spaces.
Please rest assured that we are taking this situation very seriously, and we are doing everything in our control to both protect our employees and minimize business disruption.
If you have any issues or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your partner or the Totara team, and we hope you stay safe and well during these challenging times.
